M&C Corporation Ltd · Registered in England
A private company that invests its own capital.
M&C holds long-dated positions in commodities, critical materials and listed equities. It manages no money for anyone else and makes no offer of any kind to the public.
Profile
Small, slow, and deliberately unleveraged.
M&C Corporation Ltd is a privately held investment company. Its capital comes from its shareholders and from retained profits. It does not accept subscriptions, does not pool third-party money, and does not operate any fund.
The company takes positions it expects to hold for years rather than quarters, concentrated in a small number of themes where the people running it have direct operating or advisory experience — principally the physical materials underpinning electrification and power generation.
Activity is intentionally low. In most years the company makes a handful of decisions. The intent is durability rather than turnover, and the company is content to sit in cash when nothing meets its criteria.
